General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders submitted by the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") to AquaResin, a brand of RESCHIMICA SRL – VAT no. 03764580480 (hereinafter "AquaResin" or "we"), via the website, mobile site, or mobile app (collectively referred to as "aquaresin.it").

By using aquaresin.it and/or placing an order, the Customer agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read and fully understand these Terms before placing an order.

The inclusion of any product or service on aquaresin.it at a given time does not imply or guarantee its availability at all times.

AquaResin reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any product at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms applicable to the Customer's order is the one available on aquaresin.it at the time the order is placed.

AquaResin strives to offer the best possible online shopping experience. To achieve this, we must ensure that our services operate without disruption. The Customer agrees not to:

• Post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communication or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products, or services.
• Act in a manner or use any device that restricts, disrupts, or interferes with another user’s ability to use or enjoy aquaresin.it, or that compromises the security of the site.
• Use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other device (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site or to copy content from the site.

AquaResin reserves the right to immediately deny access to the site and to close the account of any user who violates these or any other Terms.

Price and Shipping Fee Changes

All prices shown on aquaresin.it include applicable VAT but exclude shipping fees.

Shipping costs vary depending on the package weight. Each delivery method's cost is clearly indicated during the checkout process. The standard shipping fee is specified in the “Shipping Costs” section of aquaresin.it.

Prices may differ between in-store, catalog, and online purchases.

Order Placement and Contract Conclusion

After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email, provided a valid email address was submitted. If for any reason AquaResin cannot fulfill the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If AquaResin has already received payment for the order, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method. If alternative arrangements are required, the Customer will be notified and asked to contact AquaResin Customer Service.

In the event of an incomplete order or if the wrong product is received, AquaResin will issue a store credit equal to the value of the missing/incorrect item. The credit will be valid for 12 months on www.aquaresin.it.

These credits are personal, linked to the registration email, valid for a single use, and do not include free shipping.

Shipping

AquaResin handles and processes orders with the utmost care and aims to deliver to the address specified by the Customer according to the selected shipping method.

Our goal is to ship orders within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation (3 to 5 days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). However, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

If items are out of stock or unavailable, processing times may range from 15 to 25 days.

If delivery exceeds 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

Customers are encouraged to contact AquaResin by phone or email prior to placing an order to check delivery times. This ensures full transparency and reliability.

Before placing an order, AquaResin will inform the Customer of expected shipping details. After shipping, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent if an email address was provided.

Orders are shipped via AquaResin’s trusted logistics partner.

Order Cancellation

If the product packaging is intact, the Customer may cancel or return an order starting from the order date up to 30 days after receiving the items. If the Customer has already been charged, a refund will be issued, including standard shipping costs, but excluding return shipping fees (if applicable). If the Customer cancels only part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

To cancel or return an order, the Customer must send a notice to AquaResin c/o RESCHIMICA SRL by email at info@aquaresin.it, including the product code and buyer's name, or by letter to:

or by submitting the standard withdrawal form issued by the Consumer Rights Authority. Products must be returned within 30 days according to the instructions in the “Returns” section.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (or reflected in the customer’s account summary if no payment was yet made), no later than 14 days after cancellation notice—provided the goods have been received in our warehouse at Via Borromini 50, 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle (FI), Italy, and are in perfect condition.

A different refund method may be used only with the Customer’s consent and will not incur additional fees.

Returns

AquaResin guarantees a refund for all items returned in accordance with the “Order Cancellation” section, provided that the items are returned to:

Returned items must be unopened, undamaged, clean, and complete with all original tags and labels.

Payment Methods

Payment details can be entered during checkout using PayPal, a valid credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard), Satispay, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

The total amount will be reserved but not charged until the items are shipped. AquaResin reserves the right to verify the validity of the card, the creditworthiness of the customer in relation to the order amount, and the accuracy of the billing address. Orders may be declined based on the outcome of these checks.

Our Responsibility

AquaResin is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or other events that prevent the partial or full execution of the sales contract within the agreed timeframe.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the failure to fulfill the order due to the above causes, or from the use or inability to use the purchased products. The Customer is only entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping fees.

AquaResin is also not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods by third parties during payment. AquaResin does not have access to the Customer’s credit card number at any time during the purchase process and cannot verify the source or legality of the payment method upon delivery.

AQUARESIN IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON AQUARESIN.IT ARE USED BY THE CUSTOMER OR BY THIRD PARTIES USING OUR BRANDED PRODUCTS.

Warranty

All products sold by AquaResin are covered by a 12-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/02. To request warranty service, the Customer must keep the purchase receipt or invoice.

The 12-month warranty applies to products with conformity defects, provided they are used correctly. This warranty is reserved for private consumers (individuals purchasing for non-professional use and without entering a VAT number during checkout). If a product is defective, AquaResin will replace it free of charge. If replacement is not possible, AquaResin may refund the full amount paid or replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

No compensation will be due for delays in repair, order fulfillment, or replacements.

AquaResin is not liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind resulting from use of the website.

AquaResin reserves the right to modify or remove any information or products from the website at any time without prior notice.

Assignment

AquaResin reserves the right to assign any payment credit resulting from the delivery of goods, including debts owed to third parties.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
