Returns

In accordance with Article 49, paragraph 1, letter h of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on www.aquaresin.it, without providing any specific reason—simple change of mind is sufficient. Below is the information regarding the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal as outlined in Legislative Decree 206.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with its original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@aquaresin.it specifying the order number of the item you wish to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse.

To validate your return, please include the order number inside the package. This number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

As soon as we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
