AQUARESIN handles all orders with the utmost care and will do everything possible to deliver orders to the residential or other address specified by the Customer, according to the selected shipping option.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received. Our standard delivery goal is 2 to 5 business days after the order has been confirmed (3 to 5 days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia). However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

For items that are out of stock or temporarily unavailable, order processing times may range from approximately 15 to 25 days.

If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

Customers are encouraged to contact AQUARESIN by phone or email prior to placing an order to check delivery times. This ensures full transparency and reliability.

Before placing an order, AQUARESIN will inform the Customer of the expected shipping details. Once the order has been shipped, if the Customer has provided an email address, a confirmation email will be sent containing tracking and delivery information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. The cost of each delivery method is clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Standard shipping costs: 

  • €6.50 throughout mainland Italy (excluding islands)

  • €10.00 for the Italian islands

  • Free shipping in Italy for all orders over €40.00

International shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order.
