Our Responsibility

AQUARESIN shall not be held liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure events such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the sales agreement within the agreed timeframe.

AQUARESIN shall not be responsible to any party for damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to the failure to fulfill the sales agreement for the above-mentioned reasons, or for damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased on aquaresin.it. In such cases, the Customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.

Likewise, AQUARESIN shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods by third parties during the purchase of products. AQUARESIN does not have access to the Customer’s credit card number at any stage of the purchase process and is unable to verify the origin or legality of the payment method provided by the Customer upon delivery.

AQUARESIN IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER ON AQUARESIN.IT OR BY OTHER PARTIES USING PRODUCTS BRANDED BY THE COMPANY.

Warranty

All products sold by AQUARESIN are covered by a 12-month warranty against conformity defects, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the purchase invoice or receipt.

The 12-month warranty under DL 24/02 applies to products that exhibit a conformity defect, provided they have been used correctly. This warranty is reserved for private consumers (individuals purchasing goods for non-professional purposes and without entering a VAT number during checkout). In the event of a conformity defect, AQUARESIN will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the product’s conformity by replacing it. If, for any reason, AQUARESIN is unable to replace the product, it may, at its discretion, refund the full amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

No compensation of any kind may be claimed from AQUARESIN for any delays in repairs, order processing, or replacements.

AQUARESIN declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages of any kind or in any form resulting from the use of the website.

AQUARESIN reserves the right to modify or remove any information or products on the site at any time and without prior notice.

Assignment

AQUARESIN reserves the right to assign any receivables arising from the delivery of goods, including any debts owed by third parties.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms.
